Agora Villa is 150m from the blue flag beach of Pissouri, with safe swimming and where a variety of water sports are on offer.  Close by there are mini-markets, bars, a bank, and a different variety of eateries including traditional Cypriot tavernas.

The sitting room area is furnished with a sofa and chairs, occasional tables, table lamps, T.V. with free satellite channels, a ceiling fan and has patio doors leading outside.  The dining area has a table and four chairs.  The kitchen consists of a cooker, electric hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, electric kettle, toaster and cooking utensils.  There is also a guest w.c. on the ground floor.

Upstairs there are two good sized bedrooms and one bathroom. The master bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobes, bedside tables with lamps and a balcony with sea views. The second bedroom is a twin-bedded room with a fitted wardrobe, bedside tables with lamps, iron and ironing board. Both bedrooms have air-conditioning. The bathroom has a bath with hand shower over, wash basin and WC. A fold-up Zbed adds as an extra bed to accommodate 5, if necessary.

The patio area outside has a table with 6 chairs for al fresco dining, free standing BBQ and own private driveway for parking.

Pissouri Village is situated on the hillside about 5 minutes drive from the villa.  This retains a traditional Cypriot atmosphere but also has several banks, a bakery, a butcher's shop, an amphitheatre (with regular dancing shows etc) and excellent restaurants set around a small square.  Pissouri has an excellent climate from March to the end of October with a good sea breeze in the afternoons, particularly in July and August.  This makes the Summer temperatures bearable and provides sailing conditions most afternoons for intermediate and advanced sailors, with lighter winds in the morning for the less experienced.  The Columbia Beach Hotel and Resort are situated on the bay and provide 5* facilities including a relaxing atmosphere for coffee, drinks, meals etc.  Spa treatments and daily passes for the gym and sports facilities are usually available.

 

The villa is about twenty five minutes drive from Paphos airport and one hour fifteen minutes from Larnaca airport.  The major resorts/towns of Paphos and Limassol are each 30 minutes away, the Troodos mountains, an hour and a half, and two golf courses are 15 minutes drive.
